PCBAs

From small to large in scale and complexity with multiple layers, high pin density, analog and digital circuitry, and strict design rules, Providence can be trusted to deliver clean and tested PCBAs on time.

Our engineers can lay out boards from scratch or provide DFM analysis and improvements to an OEM’s existing Electronic Design Automation (EDA) files. With extensive experience in the PCBA industry, we can quickly spot potential component supply and obsolescence issues in the BOM itself—and quickly qualify and obtain alternate parts.

We adhere to all relevant IPC standards and use multiple types of testing, including functional and in-circuit tests. Our dedicated team of electrical engineers is adept at designing thorough automated testing protocols and test fixtures, ensuring that only quality PCBAs leave the factory.

Single-Source Electronics Solutions

OEMs can also turn to us for turnkey electronic manufacturing solutions. Not only does Providence make PCBAs, but we also assemble complete electronic and electro-mechanical assemblies, from circuit board to complete box build—including cable assembles and wire harnesses.

Our electronics manufacturing capabilities:

  • Complete board to box assembly and integration

  • Rigid and flexible PCBs

  • Surface mount technology (SMT)

    • Micro BGA/CSP/QFP/PoP/Underfill/FPC
